Between 2015 and 2018, the Maintenance Valuepark business park arose strategically in the province of Zeeland - between the Westerscheldetunnel and the sea locks of Terneuzen. It comprises, over an area of 6.5 hectares, approximately 30,000 m² of business space and 15,000 m² of laydown area. The project arose from the demand for a new hot spot for innovation and development in the maintenance sector, which, among others, provides sustainable housing and workshop space for Dow Chemical's various service partners.
