Central Park is part of the Central Business District in Utrecht, where significant development has occurred in recent years, and old buildings have made way for sustainable new developments. Unique to this ninety-meter-high office tower is the city park, in a transparent floor, halfway into the building. In addition to 28,500 m²  office space, Central Park also houses a restaurant, coffee bar, meeting rooms and a state-of-the-art underground parking garage. The building has rightly received a BREEAM Excellent certification and an A++++ energy label due to the application of sensors, energy-saving (climate) installations and lighting, solar panels, charging stations and a smart façade and is Paris Proof. By Q1 2024, the building, a stone's throw from Utrecht Central train station, was fully leased.
